Update version, modernize packaging, correct considereable portability
flaws, correct typical german english grammar errors, and worst of all
correct detection of builtin GCC atomic primitives sync_sub_and_fetch
by forcing the detecting function to return the return value which seems
to cause GCC to fail for unknown reasons.
2 This is @l_prefix@/local/, the manually-managed software stack
3 inside the OpenPKG instance @l_prefix@. This filesystem area
4 contains software which was manually installed under @l_prefix@/local/PKG/
5 and activated under @l_prefix@/local/ by running:
7 $ @l_prefix@/bin/openpkg lsync
9 Use "eval `@l_prefix@/bin/openpkg rc --eval all env`" from within a
10 user's Bourne (Again) Shell startup script (.profile or .bashrc) in
11 order to activate this manual software stack and all of its packages.
