Import new package specs for introduction into repository.
The purpose of these packages are for flash video manipulation,
something seemingly missing from the current mtasc, haxe, sswf,
swftools, and adobeflex packages.

50 Yamdi is a metadata injector. It adds the following metadata
51 into FLV files: creator, metadatacreator, hasKeyframes,
52 hasVideo, hasAudio, hasMetaData, canSeekToEnd, duration,
53 datasize, videosize, videocodecid, audiosize, audiocodecid,
54 audiosamplerate, audiosamplesize, stereo, filesize,
55 lasttimestamp, lastkeyframetimestamp, lastkeyframelocation,
56 keyframes (filepositions, times), width, height, framerate,
