• Correct and improve default preferences for all new users.
  Correct folder names, show host name, replace font and translation,
  show folder size calculator as a button, and specify sound to play.

Rewrite plugin inclusion list and ordering.

• Rewrite plugin inclusion list and ordering.
  Plugin abook_take was integrated into the core and is not available.
  Add new built in plugins such as bug_report, fortune, and squrrel_logger.
  Replace SimplePurple with SpiceLice, as a purple theme already exists.

Remove automake(1) variables, as only autoconf is used in build conf.
