Rename text to speech script files for consistency with existing tts.
1 We'll reuse the same logic across platforms, even those lacking web runtimes by rendering a web view via Coordova or Phone gap. By leveraging the plug in nature of Coordova, we can abstract and provide features requiring sensors like accelerometers and proximity sensors.
