A number of high profile data theft cases have had a impact on <text:span text:style-name="T4">the </text:span>growth of communications providers and associated Procom-like products, however these products have not met the challenging goals that our platform sets to meet (see first paragraph.) <text:span text:style-name="T4">As far as timing goes, </text:span>a sweet spot of production, market gap, and informed demand has been reached. <text:span text:style-name="T4">Procom will begin operations one year after development, scheduled to start in April 2014.</text:span></text:p>
