13 Game clocks typically used in chess matches afford two competing
14 opponents the means of judging their move timing by looking at their
15 side of the game clock. This allows for judging the match outcome as
16 well, because of time allowance playing a role in chess. The SchachUhr
17 can certainly be used for this, but in other types of strategy matches
18 and games in which timing plays a role as well.
