michael@0:   Game clocks typically used in chess matches afford two competing
michael@0:   opponents the means of judging their move timing by looking at
michael@0:   their side of the game clock. This allows for judging the match
michael@0:   outcome as well, because of time allowance playing a role in chess.
michael@0:   The SchachUhr can certainly be used for this, but in other types of
michael@0:   strategy matches and games in which timing plays a role as well.
