Conditionally enable double key logic according to:
private browsing mode or privacy.thirdparty.isolate preference and
implement in GetCookieStringCommon and FindCookie where it counts...
With some reservations of how to convince FindCookie users to test
condition and pass a nullptr when disabling double key logic.

michael@0 | 9 | Corresponds To: 15.9.5.2-2.js |
michael@0 | 10 | ECMA Section: 15.9.5.2 Date.prototype.toString |
michael@0 | 11 | Description: |
michael@0 | 12 | This function returns a string value. The contents of the string are |
michael@0 | 13 | implementation dependent, but are intended to represent the Date in a |
michael@0 | 14 | convenient, human-readable form in the current time zone. |
michael@0 | 15 | |
michael@0 | 16 | The toString function is not generic; it generates a runtime error if its |
michael@0 | 17 | this value is not a Date object. Therefore it cannot be transferred to |
michael@0 | 18 | other kinds of objects for use as a method. |
michael@0 | 19 | |
michael@0 | 20 | |
michael@0 | 21 | This verifies that calling toString on an object that is not a string |
michael@0 | 22 | generates a runtime error. |
