Conditionally enable double key logic according to:
private browsing mode or privacy.thirdparty.isolate preference and
implement in GetCookieStringCommon and FindCookie where it counts...
With some reservations of how to convince FindCookie users to test
condition and pass a nullptr when disabling double key logic.

michael@0 | 11 | Description: |
michael@0 | 12 | |
michael@0 | 13 | The grammar for a ConditionalExpression in ECMAScript is a little bit |
michael@0 | 14 | different from that in C and Java, which each allow the second |
michael@0 | 15 | subexpression to be an Expression but restrict the third expression to |
michael@0 | 16 | be a ConditionalExpression. The motivation for this difference in |
michael@0 | 17 | ECMAScript is to allow an assignment expression to be governed by either |
michael@0 | 18 | arm of a conditional and to eliminate the confusing and fairly useless |
michael@0 | 19 | case of a comma expression as the center expression. |
