Conditionally enable double key logic according to:
private browsing mode or privacy.thirdparty.isolate preference and
implement in GetCookieStringCommon and FindCookie where it counts...
With some reservations of how to convince FindCookie users to test
condition and pass a nullptr when disabling double key logic.

michael@0 | 9 | Corresponds To: 15.5.4.2-2-n.js |
michael@0 | 10 | ECMA Section: 15.5.4.2 String.prototype.toString() |
michael@0 | 11 | |
michael@0 | 12 | Description: Returns this string value. Note that, for a String |
michael@0 | 13 | object, the toString() method happens to return the same |
michael@0 | 14 | thing as the valueOf() method. |
michael@0 | 15 | |
michael@0 | 16 | The toString function is not generic; it generates a |
michael@0 | 17 | runtime error if its this value is not a String object. |
michael@0 | 18 | Therefore it connot be transferred to the other kinds of |
michael@0 | 19 | objects for use as a method. |
