Conditionally enable double key logic according to:
private browsing mode or privacy.thirdparty.isolate preference and
implement in GetCookieStringCommon and FindCookie where it counts...
With some reservations of how to convince FindCookie users to test
condition and pass a nullptr when disabling double key logic.

michael@0 9 * SUMMARY: Testing the [[Class]] property of native error types.
michael@0 10 * See ECMA-262 Edition 3, Section 8.6.2 for the [[Class]] property.
michael@0 11 *
michael@0 12 * Same as class-001.js - but testing only the native error types here.
michael@0 13 * See ECMA-262 Edition 3, Section 15.11.6 for a list of these types.
michael@0 14 *
michael@0 15 * ECMA expects the [[Class]] property to equal 'Error' in each case.
michael@0 16 * See ECMA-262 Edition 3, Sections 15.11.1.1 and 15.11.7.2 for this.
michael@0 17 * See http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56868
michael@0 18 *
michael@0 19 * The getJSClass() function we use is in a utility file, e.g. "shell.js"
