Conditionally enable double key logic according to:
private browsing mode or privacy.thirdparty.isolate preference and
implement in GetCookieStringCommon and FindCookie where it counts...
With some reservations of how to convince FindCookie users to test
condition and pass a nullptr when disabling double key logic.

michael@0 | 34 | // using_std_string.h: Allows building this code in environments where |
michael@0 | 35 | // global string (::string) exists. |
michael@0 | 36 | // |
michael@0 | 37 | // The problem: |
michael@0 | 38 | // ------------- |
michael@0 | 39 | // Let's say you want to build this code in an environment where a global |
michael@0 | 40 | // string type is defined (i.e. ::string). Now, let's suppose that ::string |
michael@0 | 41 | // is different that std::string and you'd like to have the option to easily |
michael@0 | 42 | // choose between the two string types. Ideally you'd like to control which |
michael@0 | 43 | // string type is chosen by simply #defining an identifier. |
michael@0 | 44 | // |
michael@0 | 45 | // The solution: |
michael@0 | 46 | // ------------- |
michael@0 | 47 | // #define HAS_GLOBAL_STRING somewhere in a global header file and then |
michael@0 | 48 | // globally replace std::string with string. Then include this header |
michael@0 | 49 | // file everywhere where string is used. If you want to revert back to |
michael@0 | 50 | // using std::string, simply remove the #define (HAS_GLOBAL_STRING). |
