Conditionally enable double key logic according to:
private browsing mode or privacy.thirdparty.isolate preference and
implement in GetCookieStringCommon and FindCookie where it counts...
With some reservations of how to convince FindCookie users to test
condition and pass a nullptr when disabling double key logic.

michael@0 34 // using_std_string.h: Allows building this code in environments where
michael@0 35 // global string (::string) exists.
michael@0 36 //
michael@0 37 // The problem:
michael@0 38 // -------------
michael@0 39 // Let's say you want to build this code in an environment where a global
michael@0 40 // string type is defined (i.e. ::string). Now, let's suppose that ::string
michael@0 41 // is different that std::string and you'd like to have the option to easily
michael@0 42 // choose between the two string types. Ideally you'd like to control which
michael@0 43 // string type is chosen by simply #defining an identifier.
michael@0 44 //
michael@0 45 // The solution:
michael@0 46 // -------------
michael@0 47 // #define HAS_GLOBAL_STRING somewhere in a global header file and then
michael@0 48 // globally replace std::string with string. Then include this header
michael@0 49 // file everywhere where string is used. If you want to revert back to
michael@0 50 // using std::string, simply remove the #define (HAS_GLOBAL_STRING).
