Implement a real Private Browsing Mode condition by changing the API/ABI;
This solves Tor bug #9701, complying with disk avoidance documented in
https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/design/#disk-avoidance.

michael@0 1 // Direct eval code under evalWithBindings sees both the bindings and the enclosing scope.

michael@0 11 assertEq(frame.evalWithBindings("eval(s)", {s: code, a: 1234}).return, undefined);

michael@0 13 };
michael@0 14 g.eval("function f(b) { var c = 'ok'; debugger; }");

michael@0 16 assertEq(hits, 1);
