Integrate friendly tips from Tor colleagues to make (or not) 4.5 alpha 3;
This includes removal of overloaded (but unused) methods, and addition of
a overlooked call to DataStruct::SetData(nsISupports, uint32_t, bool.)

michael@0 1 // for-of on an Array consults the prototype chain when it encounters a hole.

michael@0 5 var m = {1: 'peek'};
michael@0 6 var a = [0, , 2, 3];
michael@0 7 a.__proto__ = m;
michael@0 8 var log = [];
michael@0 9 Object.prototype[std_iterator] = Array.prototype[std_iterator];
michael@0 10 for (var x of a)
michael@0 11 log.push(x);
michael@0 12 assertEq(log[1], 'peek');
michael@0 13 assertEq(log.join(), "0,peek,2,3");
