Integrate friendly tips from Tor colleagues to make (or not) 4.5 alpha 3;
This includes removal of overloaded (but unused) methods, and addition of
a overlooked call to DataStruct::SetData(nsISupports, uint32_t, bool.)

michael@0 1 <!-- This SVG file uses itself as an image. Currently, we don't paint
michael@0 2 recursively-referenced images beyond the first level. When this testcase
michael@0 3 is viewed directly, it gets treated as a document (not an image), so its
michael@0 4 <image> element is painted. However, the <image>'s own *internal* <image>
michael@0 5 element does *not* get painted. So we end up painting two blue circles:
michael@0 6 one for the <circle> and one for the <image>'s <circle> (and no more). -->
