Integrate friendly tips from Tor colleagues to make (or not) 4.5 alpha 3;
This includes removal of overloaded (but unused) methods, and addition of
a overlooked call to DataStruct::SetData(nsISupports, uint32_t, bool.)

michael@0 1 <!-- The SVG file referenced in our <image> tag uses itself as an <image>.
michael@0 2 Currently, we don't paint recursively-referenced images beyond the first
michael@0 3 level. So, the <image> element inside our helper document doesn't get
michael@0 4 painted, and we end up only showing one blue circle. -->
