Conditionally enable double key logic according to:
private browsing mode or privacy.thirdparty.isolate preference and
implement in GetCookieStringCommon and FindCookie where it counts...
With some reservations of how to convince FindCookie users to test
condition and pass a nullptr when disabling double key logic.
1 The certificate authority and server certificates here are generated by $topsrcdir/build/pgo/genpgocert.py.
3 You can generate a new CA cert by running:
4 $objdir/_virtualenv/bin/python $topsrcdir/build/pgo/genpgocert.py --gen-ca
6 You can generate new server certificates by running:
7 $objdir/_virtualenv/bin/python $topsrcdir/build/pgo/genpgocert.py --gen-server
9 These will place the new files in this directory where you can commit them.
