Conditionally enable double key logic according to:
private browsing mode or privacy.thirdparty.isolate preference and
implement in GetCookieStringCommon and FindCookie where it counts...
With some reservations of how to convince FindCookie users to test
condition and pass a nullptr when disabling double key logic.
1 This copy of STLport was taken from the Android NDK r8e.
2 Android specific changes are listed in README.android.
3 The libs/ directory containing prebuilt static libraries was removed.
5 The following patches are applied on top:
6 - android-mozilla-config.patch: Adjusts Android-specific configuration
7 to the mozilla codebase use of the STL.
