Conditionally enable double key logic according to:
private browsing mode or privacy.thirdparty.isolate preference and
implement in GetCookieStringCommon and FindCookie where it counts...
With some reservations of how to convince FindCookie users to test
condition and pass a nullptr when disabling double key logic.

 var o = {y: function() {}};

 var a = [o, o, o, o, o, o, o, o, o];

 Number.prototype.y = 0;

 a[7] = 0;

 try {

     for (var i = 0; i < 9; i++)

         a[i].y();

 } catch (exc) {

     assertEq(exc.name, "TypeError"); // should happen when i == 7
