Conditionally enable double key logic according to:
private browsing mode or privacy.thirdparty.isolate preference and
implement in GetCookieStringCommon and FindCookie where it counts...
With some reservations of how to convince FindCookie users to test
condition and pass a nullptr when disabling double key logic.

 Object.defineProperty(a2, 0, {

     set: function() {}

 })

 for (var x = 0; x < 70; ++x) {

     Array.prototype.unshift.call(a2, g)

 }

 a2.length = 8

 for each(e in [0, 0]) {
