Replace accessor implementation with direct member state manipulation, by
request https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/9701#comment:32
1 - only store attributes, not __dict__, in the db
2 - report unrun tests
3 - "run this test only" mode
4 - better errors when config missing (404?)
5 - accept proxy stuff
