Correct small whitespace inconsistency, lost while renaming variables.

11 The usrsctp library is based on the FreeBSD kernel implementation, and the
12 userspace implementation was largely done my Michael Tuexen and Irene
13 Rungler of the Munster University of Applied Sciences. Thanks also to
