     1 About the hyphenation code in this directory

     4 The core hyphenation code (files "hyphen.c" and "hyphen.h") comes from the

     5 Hyphen library, part of the hunspell project. The various COPYING* and README*

     6 files (except this README.mozilla) are likewise from the hunspell distribution

     7 of Hyphen:

     9   http://sourceforge.net/projects/hunspell/files/Hyphen/.

    11 This code is distributed under the GPL 2.0/LGPL 2.1/MPL 1.1 tri-license, as

    12 detailed in the associated README and COPYING files.

    14 Note that we do not include other tools and resources found in the complete

    15 Hyphen package from upstream, so the original README.* files may refer to

    16 additional files that are not present in the Mozilla source tree.

    19 The other source files here:

    22   hnjstdio.cpp

    23   nsHyphenationManager.cpp

    24   nsHyphenator.cpp

    26 as well as the build files (Makefile.in and moz.build) are Mozilla-authored

    27 code, and the standard MPL 2.0 applies to these, as noted in the comments

    28 within the files.
