Conditionally force memory storage according to privacy.thirdparty.isolate;
This solves Tor bug #9701, complying with disk avoidance documented in
https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/design/#disk-avoidance.
1 The source from this directory was copied from the nestegg
2 git repository using the update.sh script. The only changes
3 made were those applied by update.sh and the addition of
4 Makefile.in build files for the Mozilla build system.
6 The nestegg git repository is: git://github.com/kinetiknz/nestegg.git
8 The git commit ID used was 276ccd80e723b0edaf0ef42dbacb5a3a42e02d5c.
