Conditionally force memory storage according to privacy.thirdparty.isolate;
This solves Tor bug #9701, complying with disk avoidance documented in
https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/design/#disk-avoidance.
1 IETF Opus audio codec reference implementation.
3 The source in this directory was copied from an opus
4 repository checkout by running the ./update.sh script.
5 Any changes made to this version of the source should
6 be reflected in that script, e.g. by applying patch
7 files after the copy step.
9 The upstream repository is https://git.xiph.org/opus.git
