Conditionally force memory storage according to privacy.thirdparty.isolate;
This solves Tor bug #9701, complying with disk avoidance documented in
https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/design/#disk-avoidance.
1 These files are from the SoundTouch library (http://www.surina.net/soundtouch/),
2 and are extracted from the revision r198 of the svn repository at
3 https://soundtouch.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/soundtouch/trunk.
5 The whole library is not used, only the relevant files are imported in the tree,
6 using the script `update.sh`. Some changes have been made to the files, using
7 the patch `moz-libsoundtouch.patch`. We also use a custom soundtouch_config.h.
