Conditionally force memory storage according to privacy.thirdparty.isolate;
This solves Tor bug #9701, complying with disk avoidance documented in
https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/design/#disk-avoidance.
1 The source from this directory was copied from the libtremor
2 subversion repository using the update.sh script. The only changes
3 made were those applied by update.sh and the addition/upate of
4 Makefile.in files for the Mozilla build system.
6 The upstream release used was http://svn.xiph.org/trunk/Tremor/
7 The subversion revision used was r17547.
