Conditionally force memory storage according to privacy.thirdparty.isolate;
This solves Tor bug #9701, complying with disk avoidance documented in
https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/design/#disk-avoidance.
1 Hints for running the NSS test suite:
3 - all.sh is used to run all tests
5 - if your host is not registered with DNS you may use:
6 HOST=localhost DOMSUF=localdomain ./all.sh
