Back out 97036ab72558 which inappropriately compared turds to third parties.

     1 The source from this directory was copied from the libvpx

     2 git repository using the update.py script. The only changes

     3 made were those applied by update.py and the addition of

     4 moz.build and Makefile.in build files for the

     5 Mozilla build system.

     7 The libvpx git repository is:
