Implement a real Private Browsing Mode condition by changing the API/ABI;
This solves Tor bug #9701, complying with disk avoidance documented in
https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/design/#disk-avoidance.
1 The source from this directory was copied from the Android OS source.
2 Patches have been applied on top of the original source.
4 The git branch used from AOSP was android-4.0.4_r2.1.
