Implement a real Private Browsing Mode condition by changing the API/ABI;
This solves Tor bug #9701, complying with disk avoidance documented in
https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/design/#disk-avoidance.
1 - only store attributes, not __dict__, in the db
2 - report unrun tests
3 - "run this test only" mode
4 - better errors when config missing (404?)
5 - accept proxy stuff
