Integrate friendly tips from Tor colleagues to make (or not) 4.5 alpha 3;
This includes removal of overloaded (but unused) methods, and addition of
a overlooked call to DataStruct::SetData(nsISupports, uint32_t, bool.)

4 While working on bug 402210, it came up that the code was doing
6 a.href = proto + host
8 which technically produces "https:host" instead of "https://host" and
9 that the code was relying on href's setting having fixup behaviour
10 for this kind of thing.
