Integrate friendly tips from Tor colleagues to make (or not) 4.5 alpha 3;
This includes removal of overloaded (but unused) methods, and addition of
a overlooked call to DataStruct::SetData(nsISupports, uint32_t, bool.)

    10   CSS2.1 9.5.1 rule 7 says:
    12 A left-floating box that has another left-floating box to its left
    13 may not have its right outer edge to the right of its containing
    14 block's right edge. (Loosely: a left float may not stick out at the
    15 right edge, unless it is already as far to the left as possible.) An
    16 analogous rule holds for right-floating elements.
