Integrate friendly tips from Tor colleagues to make (or not) 4.5 alpha 3;
This includes removal of overloaded (but unused) methods, and addition of
a overlooked call to DataStruct::SetData(nsISupports, uint32_t, bool.)

     2 <title>font.size.inflation.lineThreshold test</title>
     3 <style>
     4 body { width: 600px; }

     9 In a 600px container, the minimum font size at 15em per line is 40px.
    10 This means we map 0px-60px into 40px-60px, so 12px gets mapped to 44px.
    12 Further, with a lineThreshold of 100, we need 50 characters of 12px
    13 text to meet the line threshold.
