Integrate friendly tips from Tor colleagues to make (or not) 4.5 alpha 3;
This includes removal of overloaded (but unused) methods, and addition of
a overlooked call to DataStruct::SetData(nsISupports, uint32_t, bool.)

     9 Here we set the 'pathLength' to twice the actual length of the path,
    10 which should cause the stroke-dasharray values to be scaled down by one
    11 half. Visually, this should effectively cancel out the 2x scaling along
    12 the x-axis introduced by the 'transform' attribute.
