Integrate friendly tips from Tor colleagues to make (or not) 4.5 alpha 3;
This includes removal of overloaded (but unused) methods, and addition of
a overlooked call to DataStruct::SetData(nsISupports, uint32_t, bool.)
1 This source is from the Speex library (http://git.xiph.org/speex.git/), from
2 commit a6d05eb5.
4 It consists in the audio resampling code (resampler.c) and its header files
5 dependancies, imported into the tree using the update.sh script.
