Integrate friendly tips from Tor colleagues to make (or not) 4.5 alpha 3;
This includes removal of overloaded (but unused) methods, and addition of
a overlooked call to DataStruct::SetData(nsISupports, uint32_t, bool.)
1 As a special exception, FreeType can also be built with the 'makepp'
2 build tool, available from http://makepp.sourceforge.net.
4 Note, however. that you will need at least version 1.19 and pass the
5 option --norc-substitution to have it work correctly.
