Integrate friendly tips from Tor colleagues to make (or not) 4.5 alpha 3;
This includes removal of overloaded (but unused) methods, and addition of
a overlooked call to DataStruct::SetData(nsISupports, uint32_t, bool.)

4 Ideally output between different types of testing system should be as
5 uniform as possible, as well as making it easy to make things more or
6 less verbose. We created some libraries to make doing this easy.
