michael@0: implementation of the LibYuv code package, where such license applies
michael@0: only to those patent claims, both currently owned by Google and
michael@0: acquired in the future, licensable by Google that are necessarily
michael@0: infringed by this implementation of the LibYuv code package. This
michael@0: grant does not include claims that would be infringed only as a
michael@0: consequence of further modification of this implementation. If you or
michael@0: your agent or exclusive licensee institute or order or agree to the
michael@0: institution of patent litigation against any entity (including a
michael@0: cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that this
michael@0: implementation of the LibYuv code package or any code incorporated
